Life is obviously different now that Niko is around. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy being at home with him. Whereas before I used to get a sense of satisfaction out of creating a great lesson that my students really enjoyed, now I get satisfaction other ways:
1) knowing that Niko enjoys our play times.
2) getting as many dishes in the drying rack as possible.
3) reading through the entire Harry Potter series! I started last July while visiting Sarah, and while I got hung up on book 6 (had a baby and all) I am already a quarter of the way through book 7. This is the greatest reading accomplishment of my life!
